As a CRM, you will manage client and partnerships, handle clients communications, and organize events like webinars and virtual parties. You'll work closely to International clients and events, collaborate with the team with strategic goals, ensuring seamless collaboration.
This position is both dynamic and creative by nature. We're looking for someone proactive with a "can-do" attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and passion for building relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage client and partnerships data in CRM system.
- Plan and execute events.
- Build and maintain strong customer and partnerships relationships.
- Coordinate partnership agreements and support marketing campaigns.
- Analyze CRM data to Provide actionable insights.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree.
- Proficiency in CRM Tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
- Experience in CRM, Partnerships, and event planning.
Nice to have
- Experience in managing online events.
- Additional languages (English is a must)
- Analytical mindset for CRM reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP or B2B partnerships.
