At Doodex, an official Odoo Partner with 10+ years of expertise, we specialize in delivering tailored ERP solutions for international clients across furniture manufacturing, agritech, and automotive sectors. We are expanding our technical team and looking for a talented Odoo Developer to join us.
Your Role
As an Odoo Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain Odoo modules (backend focus).
- Customize and extend Odoo applications to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with consultants and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience developing with Odoo.
- Strong background in Python (C++ is a plus).
- Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- A mathematical or analytical background — you enjoy problem-solving, logic, and precision.
- Ability to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
- Good communication skills in English (French is a plus).
Bonus Points
- Experience with Odoo migrations or advanced customizations.
- Knowledge of web technologies (XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Contributions to Odoo community or open-source projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules (mainly backend) to meet client needs.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into efficient solutions.
- Ensure code quality through proper testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Collaborate with consultants and project managers to deliver projects on time.
- Maintain and upgrade Odoo systems, including migrations and performance tuning.
Must Have
- Minimum 1 year of proven Odoo development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo ORM.
- Good understanding of PostgreSQL and relational databases.
- Mathematical/analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- English communication skills (spoken and written) for teamwork.
Nice to have
- Experience with Odoo migrations or complex customizations.
- Knowledge of front-end basics (XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with AI tools (like cursor)
- Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.
