We are expanding our team and looking for a rigorous, detail-oriented Odoo Project Manager to lead our technical projects with excellence.
Your Role
As an Odoo Project Manager, you will:
- Take ownership of end-to-end Odoo implementation projects.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into structured project roadmaps.
- Coordinate with developers, consultants, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor project KPIs, and milestones with strong attention to detail.
- Ensure rigorous testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the key link between our clients and our development team, guaranteeing smooth communication and structured execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong mathematical or analytical background – you love structure, precision, and problem-solving.
- Proven experience with Odoo (minimum 3 years) in project management or technical leadership.
- Solid expertise in managing complex ERP projects (preferably international).
- Rigor and discipline in planning, reporting, and delivering projects.
- Ability to manage teams and clients with clarity and authority.
- Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus).
- A mindset that thrives on challenges and continuous improvement.
