Phase 1
Diagnostic — 2 weeks (free)
Functional audit: current flows, priority pain points, quantified hidden cost. AI track: identification of the 2-3 highest-ROI AI use cases for the next 6 months. Deliverable: annual gain memo + Phase 1 scope recommendation + sequenced AI roadmap.
No charge, no commitment. The diagnostic is how Doodex qualifies whether the engagement makes sense for both sides — if Odoo + AI is not the right answer for your situation, we say so up front.
Phase 2
Implementation — 8-16 weeks
Phasing: core finance/sales/inventory → MRP/quality → advanced modules (CPQ, EDI, IoT) → AI layers wired on mature flows. Migration methodology: 3-month parallel run for migrations from SAP B1, Sage X3, Dynamics — never a brutal cut-off.
Doodex proprietary modules included: Flow Engine, Growth Suite, CPQ, Compliance Hub, AI Layer (cross-cutting Doodex AI layer).
Scope, timeline, and budget are fixed at the end of Phase 1. No surprises during execution.
Phase 3
Continuous run
Doodex SLA support across EU + Americas. Quarterly product committee + quarterly review of AI models in production (drift, costs, error rate). Managed Odoo version migration — you do not get stuck on v17 in 3 years.
The post-go-live period is where most ERP projects fail. Doodex actively manages it: monthly health checks for the first 90 days, quarterly product committees forever after, and proactive AI model retraining as your data evolves.
