The catalog in one line

Five Doodex AI solutions for Odoo, built since 2016 on production projects — not PoCs.

Every solution starts from the same observation: an ERP system is excellent at modeling business processes. But when software needs to make decisions that normally require human judgment—such as qualifying a prospect, anticipating a breakdown, validating an invoice, suggesting replenishment, or answering questions on a ticket—it must be able to read data, understand context, and return an auditable decision.

That is exactly what Flow Engine (cross-app orchestration), Doodex Lead Intelligence (AI-driven acquisition + nurturing), Predictive Pack (predictive maintenance, stock, and credit), Doc & Vision Pack (invoice OCR and document extraction), and Knowledge AI (internal RAG co-pilot) are built to do.

All native to the platform (no parallel stack to maintain), all auditable (every model decision is logged in the chatter), all packaged on quote with a committed scope and a side-by-side comparison against the standard config. This page gives you, for each one: its exact scope, its pricing logic, and its comparison. At the end, a decision matrix to identify which to start with based on your ERP maturity, your sector and your dominant pain — so sales teams, ops and finance all get value.

AI agents that do the work — natively

Across Odoo 19, these AI powered solutions help staff create quotes, generate product descriptions and automate routine tasks. The AI agents read documents, handle updating records, and free staff to focus on customers instead of repetitive tasks.

an AI agent drafts

Quotes, product descriptions and emails — generated in context, not from scratch.

an AI agent scores

Prospects, credit risk and priorities — ranked on live multi-signal data.

an AI agent answers

Tickets, docs and questions — resolved with cited, governed answers.

Businesses use them to turn manual work into automation — and every crew, from marketing to support, keeps its own governed setup. Built on Odoo 19, each one ships as a native app with the same Odoo AI features, so the tools feel like part of the system, not a bolt-on. The result is faster decision making and better decisions backed by data.

Native vs bolt-on

Why a Doodex Odoo AI module rather than standard config + ChatGPT?

Plugging an LLM API into the ERP through a custom automation works well — until the second wave of usage.

The problem

The "just plug OpenAI in" myth

It works well until the day: the model hallucinates on a quote, API billing silently explodes, you can no longer trace why a given prospect was scored BOFU, the vendor raises prices by 40%, or a user pastes GDPR customer data into the prompt. Handcrafted PoCs rarely survive the second wave of usage.

The Doodex answer

What a native AI module brings

A Doodex solution installs its own data models (logs, scores, audit trail), exposes its key features in the Configuration menu, respects access rights and security groups, and every model decision is logged in the chatter of the row concerned. Per-user quotas, fallback when the model is down, Grafana observability wired in, GDPR compliance documented. That is the difference between a PoC and automation that still runs 18 months later.

Inside Odoo 19, these AI powered features cover the whole platform: AI fields and AI server actions generate content, AI prompts turn natural language into structured data and support writing actions from natural-language prompts, and Odoo Studio exposes each capability without code. For example, the Knowledge app answers questions, Flow Engine creates new workflows, and the Predictive Pack runs data analysis with an AI model trained on customer data. An Odoo admin controls access rights and the API key from the Odoo system, so every Odoo AI capability stays governed.

The 5 modules

Each module, its exact scope and time-to-value

All on quote. What differs is the committed scope and the licensing logic. Service links: Sales · Marketing · Manufacturing · Inventory · Accounting · Helpdesk · Knowledge.

01
Orchestration

Flow Engine — the AI agent orchestration engine

Triggers the right model at the right moment in any workflow (purchase, inventory, helpdesk, marketing) — without duplicating business processes in a parallel stack. Turns deterministic automation into probabilistic, auditable decision making, and can suggest task assignments based on employee profiles.

All workflows 4–8 weeks
02
Acquisition

Doodex Lead Intelligence — acquisition, nurturing & email drafting

Website visitor tracking (Leadinfo), contact enrichment (Apollo), automatic TOFU/MOFU/BOFU scoring, segment-personalized outreach with AI-generated email templates, and qualified leads written straight into the CRM with a planned activity and a populated chatter. Sales teams stop chasing cold contacts.

Sales / Marketing 3–6 weeks
03
Predictive

Predictive Pack — maintenance, stock, credit

Three specialized machine-learning models (predictive maintenance, replenishment suggestion, credit risk scoring), wired respectively to Manufacturing, Inventory and Accounting. Each is trained on the customer's data, audited periodically, and displays its confidence level in the UI.

MFG / Inv / Acct 8–14 weeks
04
Document AI

Doc & Vision Pack — invoice OCR, contracts, delivery notes, IDs

A complete pipeline: capture → structured extraction → AI validation of discrepancies → write-back to the ERP. Reads supplier invoices, contracts, delivery notes and ID documents (KYC); each validated doc is attached with its confidence score. Example client range (estimates): paperwork time −75%, data-entry accuracy ~90%, accounting doc processing from ~2 days to 5 hours — scoped per project.

Acct / Inventory 5–8 weeks
05
Co-pilot

Knowledge AI — natural-language co-pilot on Odoo Knowledge

Secure RAG over the Knowledge app + resolved tickets + product documentation. Answers in plain language, cites sources, and drafts content on request. Scoped by user group (a sales rep does not see HR articles). In services, response times have dropped by an estimated 60% (typical range, measured per project).

Helpdesk / Know. 4–6 weeks

5 modules × 7 criteria

Every solution is on quote: what tells them apart is their licensing logic and their committed scope. Each ships as a native app on Odoo 19 that keeps the ERP auditable, with controls exposed per screen.

Where to start

Which module to start with?

Most businesses start where the pain is loudest. Odoo 19 gives your team one stack — fewer components to maintain, one version to support — and the automation scales as more users come on board.

Frequently asked questions

Why is everything quoted and not listed at a public price?
Because a Doodex solution always includes a baseline phase and a native integration: it is not a SaaS license you toggle in two clicks. The committed scope varies with your stack, your volume and your GDPR obligations. The quote fits on one page and is delivered within 5 days after the diagnostic, with clear next steps.
Can several run in parallel?
Yes — but we advise against starting more than two at the same time in year one. Better to industrialize one priority use case, measure the gain, and build from there. The AI tools compound once your team trusts the first one.
Hosting: Odoo.sh, Online, on-premise — is everything compatible?
Yes for Odoo.sh and on-premise. Odoo Online (SaaS) does not allow custom modules — you migrate to Odoo.sh or a dedicated hosting. We include that in the engagement when needed, and an admin keeps full control with an API key.
Does my data leave the ERP to go through the LLM?
It depends on the solution and your sensitivity level: for generative AI, Claude/OpenAI hosted in the EU under a data processing agreement (DPA); for predictive, proprietary machine-learning models trained on your data and hosted in the EU or on-premise. No training on multi-customer datasets. GDPR compliance documented project by project.
What happens if I leave Doodex?
You keep your trained models (exportable weights), your Flow Engine workflows and your Knowledge AI vector stores. No vendor lock-in. You also get the full technical docs (runbook + observability) so any admin can maintain the system.
And the LLM API cost (Claude / OpenAI) — is it billed on top?
Yes, but it is included in the quote with a monthly cap per solution. The quote states the estimated API cost based on your target volume. Above the cap, you are alerted before any overage and can adjust.
