Section 01

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device on subsequent visits, remember your preferences and provide a smoother experience.

We also use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, web beacons and pixel tags. In this policy, the term "cookies" covers all of these technologies unless we mention otherwise.

Section 02

Why Doodex Uses Cookies

Doodex uses cookies for a limited number of clearly identified purposes:

  • Operate the website — load pages, maintain your session and keep the site secure.
  • Remember your choices — language, currency and other preferences across visits.
  • Measure performance — anonymous traffic data so we can improve content and fix issues.
  • Communicate — handle contact forms, demo requests, newsletter sign-ups and chat conversations.
  • Marketing & attribution — when activated, understand which campaigns bring valuable visitors to doodex.net.

We do not sell personal data collected through cookies, and we do not use cookies to make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.

Section 03

Categories of Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary
Essential cookies
Required for the site to function. They handle authentication, security, load balancing and core navigation. They cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
Functional
Preference cookies

Marketing
Advertising cookies
When enabled, allow us and our partners to measure ad campaign performance and limit how often you see the same content. Set only after explicit consent.

Where required by law, non-essential cookies (functional, analytics, marketing) are only set after you give consent through our cookie banner or your browser controls.

Section 04

Third-Party Cookies

Some pages on doodex.net embed content or features from third-party services. These services may set their own cookies, which are governed by their own privacy policies. The most common include:

  • Google Analytics — traffic measurement (Google LLC).
  • Google Tag Manager — tag deployment for the items above.
  • YouTube / Vimeo — embedded videos.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag — campaign measurement when running paid LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — campaign measurement when running paid Meta campaigns.
  • Calendly / scheduling widget — only on pages where you can book a meeting.

Doodex does not control these third-party cookies. We recommend you also review the privacy notices of these providers if you want full detail about their processing.

Section 06

Session vs Persistent Cookies

Cookies have a defined lifetime, after which the browser removes them automatically. We use two types:

  • Session cookies — exist only while your browser tab is open. They are deleted as soon as you close the browser or the tab. Most essential cookies are session cookies.
  • Persistent cookies — stored on your device for a defined period (from a few minutes up to two years). They allow us to remember you between visits.
Storage limit We do not set persistent cookies with a lifetime longer than thirteen (13) months for analytics or marketing purposes, in line with common European guidance, unless renewed by your explicit choice.
Section 07

Managing Your Cookies

You have full control over the non-essential cookies set in your browser. You can:

  • Use our cookie banner — when available, accept, reject, or fine-tune categories of cookies.
  • Change your choices later — open the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer (when present) to revisit your preferences.
  • Use your browser settings — block or delete cookies directly from your browser at any time.
  • Use opt-out tools — opt out of specific analytics or advertising platforms using the links they provide (see Section 08).

If you block essential cookies, parts of doodex.net (such as login, forms or the live chat) may stop functioning.

Section 08

Browser-Specific Instructions

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies. Use the links below to open the official documentation:

  • Google Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
  • Mozilla Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
  • Apple Safari — Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
  • Microsoft Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.
  • Mobile devices — Browser settings on iOS / Android offer the same controls.

To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites you visit, you can install Google's official browser add-on. To opt out of personalized advertising, you can use the industry tools available at youronlinechoices.com (EU) or optout.aboutads.info (US).

Section 09

Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal that tells websites you do not want to be tracked. There is currently no industry-wide standard for how websites must respond to DNT signals.

Doodex does not change its behavior based solely on DNT signals. We instead rely on the explicit choices you make through our cookie banner and your browser settings, which provide a more transparent and controllable mechanism.

Section 11

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our website, our partners, applicable law, or to fix inaccuracies. When we publish a new version, we update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes (e.g., adding a new category of cookies), we will surface a clear notice on doodex.net or through the cookie banner so that you can review and, where required, refresh your consent.

Section 12
