We're small — 28 — and it's by choice. It lets us know each project end to end, keep the knowledge inside the team, and take the time to train each other. Most of the team has been with Doodex for several years. Path: started in Indonesia, returned to France to manage 2 ERPs solo (furniture manufacturing + indoor farming) — 15 hours a day, 7/7. Wanted to grow the business, went back to Indonesia to found Doodex.
