These Terms apply to every purchase made on the Doodex Store at doodex.net/shop — including all Odoo modules, apps and digital products listed there. They cover orders, payment, license, delivery and ongoing support.

Section 01Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on the Doodex Store (accessible at doodex.net/shop), creating a customer account, or using any digital product purchased through the Store, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
If you are buying on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not complete your purchase.
Section 02Scope & Products Covered
These Terms apply to all products sold on the Doodex Store, including but not limited to:
- Odoo apps and modules developed and published by Doodex.
- Premium add-ons, extensions and configuration packs.
- Digital downloads such as templates, datasets and documentation packs.
- Bundled product packages grouping several modules under a single SKU.
Custom development services, consulting engagements and ongoing support contracts are governed by a separate agreement (Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement), not by these Terms. Refunds and returns are governed by the Doodex Refund Policy, available as a separate page.
Section 03Orders & Confirmation
Adding a product to your cart does not constitute an order. An order is placed when you complete checkout and we receive a successful payment confirmation.
You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address linked to your account. This email is your proof of purchase and is required for any support request.
Doodex reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or where the product is no longer available, with a full refund of any amount already paid.
Section 04Pricing, Taxes & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, PPN, sales tax) which are added at the final step of checkout based on your billing country.
- Doodex may update prices and product configurations at any time without notice. The price displayed at the moment of purchase is the price that applies to your order.
- Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. Doodex does not store full card details on its servers.
- Promotional codes and discounts have an expiry date and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
An invoice is issued for each completed order and made available in your Doodex account.
Section 05Delivery & Shipping (2–3 Business Days)
Doodex Store products are digital. After a confirmed order:
- Standard delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.
- You will receive a delivery email with download links and / or activation instructions.
- For Odoo modules, the product can also be installed directly on your Odoo instance via the URL provided in the delivery email.
What "business day" means. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed by Doodex. Orders placed during a weekend or holiday are treated as received on the next business day.
If you have not received your delivery email after 3 business days, please check your spam folder and then contact store@doodex.net with your order number.
Section 06License & Permitted Use
Unless explicitly indicated otherwise on the product page, every product purchased on the Doodex Store is delivered under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license granted to the Customer for internal business use.
- You may install and use the product on Odoo instances owned or controlled by your organization.
- You may modify the product for your own internal needs, provided you do not redistribute the modified version.
- You may not resell, sublicense, host as a service, or otherwise commercially redistribute the product to third parties.
- One purchase corresponds to one customer entity. Multi-database / multi-company usage within the same legal entity is permitted.
The Odoo platform itself is licensed by Odoo S.A. under its own license terms (LGPLv3 for Community, OEEL for Enterprise). Nothing in these Terms grants the Customer rights over the Odoo platform itself.
Section 07Support, Updates & Compatibility
Each purchase from the Doodex Store includes:
- Installation support by email if you encounter issues following the documentation.
- Bug fixes for the Odoo versions explicitly listed on the product page.
- Free updates within the same major Odoo version, when applicable, for a period of 12 months from the purchase date (unless otherwise stated).
Upgrades to a new major Odoo version may require purchasing a new version of the product, or an upgrade fee, depending on the product. This is always disclosed on the product page.
Support is provided in English (and in French where possible) by email, with a target first response time of one business day.
Section 08Intellectual Property
All products sold on the Doodex Store, including source code, configurations, documentation, screenshots, demo data, branding and visuals, remain the intellectual property of Doodex (or its licensors).
The Customer obtains a license to use the product under Section 06, but no transfer of ownership occurs. Any modification, derivative work or integration developed by the Customer for internal use remains subject to these Terms.
Section 09Warranties & Disclaimers
Doodex warrants that, at the moment of delivery, the product will substantially conform to the description published on its product page, on the Odoo versions listed.
Except for that express warranty, products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doodex disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Doodex does not warrant that the product will operate uninterrupted, that it will be compatible with every third-party module the Customer installs, or that it will satisfy every requirement not explicitly described.
Section 10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Doodex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption or loss of goodwill arising from the use of, or inability to use, a Store product.
- The aggregate liability of Doodex with respect to any product purchased on the Store shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for that specific product.
These limitations do not apply to liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law (e.g., gross negligence, willful misconduct, infringement of intellectual property rights).
Section 11Changes to These Terms
Doodex may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, new features, legal requirements or operational adjustments. The current version is always published on this page with a "Last Updated" date.
Material changes will be communicated to active Customers by email or through their Doodex account. Orders placed before a change are governed by the version of the Terms in effect at the moment of purchase.
Section 12Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved within sixty (60) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, unless the parties agree in writing to arbitration under the rules of a mutually accepted arbitration body.
